For best quality, send us the largest image size and highest resolution size possible.
If your are ordering an 11” x 17”puzzle, the closer you can get the photo size to be 11”x17” and 300 dpi, the better.
The puzzle quality is greatly reduced if resolutions smaller than 200 dpi or image sizes smaller than the puzzle size are used.
A 300 dpi 11”x17” image in JPEG format is usually about 5MB. To reduce file sizes, try saving the image as a lower quality JPEG or reducing the resolution to 150 dpi.
If there is damage to the existing photo, we may not be able to remove it. Things like creases, smudges, or tears may not be able to be repaired. Basically what you send is what you will get.
